Ria Gaikwad

Ria Gaikwad is a French instructor with over 5 years of teaching experience and 2 years of teaching English in France. Her international teaching experience has helped her develop a practical and engaging approach to language learning. She believes that learning French should feel natural and enjoyable, with a strong focus on communication rather than memorisation.

She specialises in DELF, TEF, and TCF exam preparation, Business French, and French for beginners. She teaches youngsters, college students, working professionals, and adult learners, tailoring her lessons to suit each student’s goals and pace.

Her classes focus on all four language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Through interactive sessions, regular practice, and personalised guidance, she helps students build confidence and use French effectively in real-life situations. Whether preparing for an exam or learning for work or travel, her aim is to make every lesson practical and easy to follow.

Ria finds teaching rewarding because she gets to witness her students’ progress and celebrate their achievements along the way. She believes one of the best parts of tutoring is helping learners realise how much they’ve improved, often before they notice it themselves.

Outside teaching, she enjoys travelling, baking, gardening, and painting. She also loves watching movies and TV shows without seeing the trailer first and enjoys exploring local grocery stores whenever she visits a new city to experience everyday life and culture.
