Nisha Akolia

Nisha’s commitment to language excellence began in 2021 while pursuing her undergraduate degree. She achieved her DELF B1 in 2023 and her B2 in 2024. Nisha actively develops and delivers engaging online French lessons and maintains a supportive, inclusive learning environment. She also contributes to her community as a volunteer teacher in a government school.

Specialising in French for beginners and comprehensive DELF/DALF exam preparation, Nisha tailors her methods to suit diverse learning styles, utilising visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic techniques. Her communicative and task-based teaching approach ensures learners use the language meaningfully. She carefully assesses student progress through regular evaluations and collaborates with teams to review articles and study materials.

Nisha loves tutoring because she finds deep motivation in seeing students progress and discover their full potential. Her approach centres on empathy, patience, and encouragement, ensuring that learning remains enjoyable and meaningful. Outside the classroom, she absolutely loves discovering different cultures through their food and music. A fun fact: she has watched all her favourite movies more than ten times!
