Role Summary
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a critical frontline role responsible for driving enrollment growth for La Forêt’s language courses.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Actively pursue and generate new sales leads for language courses through diverse channels, including direct inquiries, referrals, digital platforms, and outreach initiatives.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline end-to-end, from initial lead contact and qualification to closing deals (course enrollment).
Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and course inductions (online or in-person) to prospective students, effectively communicating the value proposition of La Forêt’s French language programs.
Target Achievement: Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and annual sales and enrollment targets.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions within the designated CRM/database system.
Administrative Support: Provide ongoing administrative support to existing students, serving as a primary point of contact for routine queries and concerns regarding schedules, materials, and processes.
Data Management: Manage student records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all data related to personal information, enrollment dates, and course progress.
Registration and Payments: Assist students with course registrations, fee payments, and related administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with Company payment policies.
Customer Service: Provide professional and excellent customer service to enhance overall student satisfaction, contributing to positive reviews and student referrals.
Event Promotion: Promote Company events (workshops, cultural days, certification drives) through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and in-person outreach.
Faculty Liaison: Serve as a communication link by regularly connecting with faculty regarding administrative needs, student feedback, and logistical requirements.
