Nisha Akolia

Nisha Akolia is a French faculty at La Forêt French Class. She is a DELF Examiner with five years of experience, DELF B2 certified and currently preparing for her DALF C2

Her French learning experience started in 2021 as a part of her undergraduate. She found her true passion for the French language, and her hard work was rewarded with a DELF B1 certification in 2023 and a DELF B2 certification in 2024.

Nisha teaches French mainly for beginners and DELF/DALF exam preparation. She offers classes both online and offline, providing flexibility for students from different locations . Nisha plans her lessons in a way that is not only interesting but also student-centered, ensuring individual needs are met, as well as ensuring learning is engaging. Nisha uses a combination of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning, as well as pair work, group work, role-plays, games, and scenarios, which help students improve their speaking skills.

She is also involved in the development of the curriculum, review of study materials, and preparation of exam papers. She extends her passion for teaching and inspires people from different backgrounds to explore the world of language.

Nisha finds teaching very joyful, especially when she sees her students grow and discover their potential. Her teaching philosophy is based on empathy, patience, and encouragement, helping her students find meaning and happiness in the learning process.

Nisha enjoys learning different cultures by trying different kinds of food and listening to different kinds of music. A fun fact about her is that she has watched her favorite movies more than ten times.
