What is the refund policy?
Considering the specialized nature of our classes no refund is applicable after registering for a course. A refund request can be considered in rare circumstances on the sole discretion of the management of La Forêt French Class. Upon receiving the refund request by email, we shall initiate the process of accepting/rejecting the refund request. Students will be informed of the acceptance/ rejection of the refund request via mail on their registered email id.
In case of acceptance of refund request, the amount refunded will be as under
- Before commencement of Class: 100% refund after deduction of GST, Transaction Charges (as per actuals) and Administrative charges of Rs. 2,500/-
- Within 10 days of commencement of class: Fee paid less GST, Transaction Charges (as per actuals) and Administrative charges of Rs. 2,500/- and per class charge of INR 500.
- After 10 days of commencement of class: No refund
- For no cost EMI payments, bank cancellation charges may apply. Any interest waiver billed by the bank will be deducted from the refund amount/would be payable by the student, over and above the charges mentioned above.
The above refund policy is only applicable to the students learning online. There is no refund policy for students who are learning in-person offline.
