Your Role and Responsibilities
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital communication. This includes content creation and scheduling for all major social platforms, ensuring active community engagement through prompt responses, and conducting market research on education, language, and social media trends. You’ll be responsible for analytics tracking and performance reporting, as well as campaign planning and execution for course promotion.
Your role also involves visual design using tools like Canva, fostering influencer and partner collaborations, managing our content calendar, and leading event promotion. Additionally, you’ll gather customer feedback, engage in team collaboration for fresh strategies, and handle crisis management for online issues.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail:
- Proven experience in social media management (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a good eye for design.
- Familiarity with Canva, scheduling tools, and analytics.
